Characteristics of UV CIPP trenchless repair technology:
The process is applicable to the repair of the circular pipe, non-circular pipes, and curved pipes, and the repairable pipe diameter range is DN200~DN1650. The maximum length of one-time repair can reach 200m, and the variable diameter lining construction can be carried out within one section;
The construction process of this process does not require excavation, covers a small area, and has little impact on the surrounding environment and traffic. It has obvious advantages in repairing drainage pipelines in areas that cannot be excavated or streets with heavy traffic;
The construction time of this process is short. After the pipeline is dredged and flushed, the average curing speed of the inner liner can reach 1m/min, and the repaired pipeline can be put into use;
The inner liner formed by this process has high strength, small wall thickness, and close-fitting with the original pipeline. In addition, the inner liner has a smooth surface, no joints, and good fluidity, which greatly reduces the flow section loss of the original pipeline;
Compared with the traditional CIPP method, the mechanical properties of the material are better, and the material used for structural repair of drainage pipeline only needs less than half of the thickness of the water turnover; No wastewater is produced in the solidification process;
Compared with other trenchless repair methods, UV CIPP has lower requirements on the technical level of operators. Novices can be fully qualified for their posts after 3-5 hours of on-site operation training;
The service life of the repaired process can reach at least 50 years;
The whole set of equipment required for UV curing can be carried on a repair vehicle, reducing the space occupied by the repair construction on the road surface.
