Trenchless underground sewer repair by CIPP LED or mercury lamp UV cure system
UV curing technology is a form of CIPP technology of in-situ curing method. Its principle is to use the irradiation of UV light with a special wavelength to make the recycled materials in the existing pipeline polymerize and harden under the irradiation of UV light through photosensitizer to form a continuous new pipeline, and then repair the damaged underground pipeline.
During the repair process, the glass fiber infiltrating the resin is pulled into the pipeline to be repaired from the inspection manhole through professionals and special equipment, and the pipe orifices at both ends are closed. The glass fiber inner liner is filled with compressed air. Under the strict control of the ultraviolet automatic control equipment, the purpose of repairing the pipeline can be achieved in only 3-5 hours.
The seals at both ends of the glass fiber pipe are cut off, and the pipeline can be drained normally.
