General Description

This a a type of double-sided high frequency PCB built on 40mil (1.016mm) CLTE-XT substrates with green solder mask and white silkscreen printed on component sides. The pads are protected by immersion gold with minimum 2 microinch gold over 120 micoinch nickle. The boards have a size of 150mm long and 65mm wide. Finished copper is standard 1oz.

The boards are fabricated strictly as per IPC-Class-II standard and 100% open-short circuit tested before shipment. They are vacuum packed with a bag of 25 boards and 12 kg per box for making a delivery.
