Get Ready for Our Super Speedy New RF PCBs!
Hold onto your hats folks, because we've got some seriously fast boards heading your way! We're pumping up the power with our new high-frequency PCBs built using Rogers AD250 material. This rad composite was engineered to deliver max speed for RF and microwave wizardry.
With a dielectric constant of only 2.5 and a crazy low dissipation factor of 0.0014 at 10 GHz, these boards can handle your signals without losing power. They keep everything stable from -40°C to +85°C too. At over 500°C decomposition, your soldering irons won't faze them.
We're serving up these PCBs in a tubular 2-layer shape with 1 oz copper top and bottom. The dielectric is a rockin' 1.524mm thick. You can squeeze traces down to 4.5/5 mils and drill 0.35mm holes no problem. We finish them with immersion tin and tune them up with 100% testing before boxing them up for you.
Our first gnarly design is 124.05mm x 60.61mm, built in a 5 board batch with 3 types. It packs 177 vias and 14 nets to hold the 106 components and 186 pads. We use Gerber RS-274X files to get the precision your Extreme designs demand.
These PCBs meet IPC Class 2 standards so you know they're reliable. Hit up our sales crew to ask a question or request a quote. We can't wait to build your next Blazin' Fast RF system with our new AD250 boards!
