TMM10 offers a precisely controlled dielectric constant of 9.2 ± 0.23 from plate to plate. This consistency simplifies circuit design and allows for repeatable functional densities across large areas. Its ultra-low 0.0022 dissipation factor maintains signal clarity to at least 10GHz.

Woven ceramic and silica reinforcements imbue TMM10 with exceptional rigidity and dimensional stability. The material withstands temperatures up to 425°C without degradation. Its coefficient of thermal expansion is tightly tuned to copper layers, eliminating fatigue over decades of use in demanding environments.

For a recent GPS tracker design, our engineers packed 10 components onto just 63x45mm of TMM10 board space using 5-mil trace/space clearance. Extensive shock, vibration and thermal cycling tests from -55°C to 125°C proved the design’s longevity for life-critical applications.

Thanks to resistance to chemicals and stresses, TMM10 simplifies manufacturing. No sodium naphtha treatments are needed prior to plating.

Wire bonds adhere permanently without risk of lifted pads or substrate deformation during assembly.
