Structure: The structure is designed under human engineering and knitting principle for elegaint and rigid frameework. The high-quality cast components are handled with aging for long period and by aging equipments to prevent distortion.Advanced CNC and special surface treatment ensure long-term stability and durability;
Cylinder: Cylinder is durable as it is made of special alloy under precision processing and heat treatment.
Cams Using Japanese alloy steel as raw material, the cams are processed by CNC and through several processing, such as: CAD, CAM and heat treatment.
Central Stitch System: Latest design of central stitch system is delicate, simple and stable, which can adjust the fabric grammage quickly.
Outlook With dupont metallic paint coated and baked after several processes as brushing,dipping and painting,the surface of machine is strong and corrosive-proof against knitting oil while the machine outlook is smooth and elegant.

2. Machine Description:

1).Adopt the 4 track carns seal design and equip with the knit carns, tuck carns and miss carns. Central stitch system can adjust the fabric weight conveniently and quickly.

2)The cylinder seat is to prevent the bottom of the machine from spilling oil on the fabric .Both the large plate and the yarn feeder transmission gear box adpot oil-immersed design,which improves the stability,reduce noise and the influence of the fabirc due to braking.The new large plate and large plate gear system can better support the long-term load impact of high tension and high load.
