1. Single Jersey Circular Knitting Machine

This kind of machine series suit for using in children’s clothing,T-shirts,bed gown,leisure clothing,sportwear and so on.

Use mono-block cam system,which use special steel made by CNC computerized working and with special heater process ensure high precise and durable.Suit for needles high-speed operation and the runway is precise.They are widely used in knitting the upscale lining.

Needle cylinder uses the special steel,which is precisely processed and high wave heat treatment.So it is durable.

The gear oil and the needle oil separate the lubrication in the lubrication system designs.Knitting parts are lubricated through oil machine spraying needle oil.

The control system uses exchange motor cooperating transducer control panel,which may accelerate,decelerate,change wiggly power at will
