Machine Features

1. New design for folding blades:Upper blades are pneumatic separating fix blade ,bottom blades are spiral type to keep the cutting nicely and protect the blades.

2. Professional-grade suspension-type control box,easy to operate,elegant in look.

3. Movable rubber arc spreading roller prevents paper corrugation and eliminates dust accumulation and finished-product pollution.

4. Control system adopts special research and development division of constant tension control system.Equipped with tension automatic control functions and automatic /manual function for edge embossing,electrical control.

5. Wallboard type machine and overall steel base plate with firm structure to ensure stability of high speed machine running.

6. Automatic detection of paper break and paper warp up to guarantee the high quality of the finished rolls even in the high speed operation.
