Fully Automatics Toilet Paper Roller and Kitchen Towel Paper Production Line

Machine Features

1. All the transmission between main machine,embossing,edge embossing,lamination and back-stand are separating motors driving,it doesn’t need the chain,chain wheels ,gear box transmission can help to cut down the machine prepare and easy to adjust.

2. Adopts PLC control the Asynchronous-Servo-Motor,the slave motors follow the main motor running,the web tension is stable while rewinding ,it avoids the wrinkle of tissue,perforating tolerance and tightness is different while use the chain and chain wheel transmission.

3. Easy to setting the web tension for each device on touche screen.

4. Two wall type back stands,pneumatic lifting system,with wide driving flat belts,each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently

5. Back-stand adopts wallboard type structure (thickness-30mm),make it look nicely,stronger and easy to clean the waist paper.

Automatic core loading and replacing.The logs are automatically pushed out after finishing winding and then start winding again.The cores can be adjusted to any size of cores within one minute
