The main control is of advanced computerized needles selection and precision-engineered knitting assembly, which could choose needles from the cylinder for knit, tuck and miss carns for more patterned jacquard fabrics.

Double electronic jacquard knitting machine is manufactured and assembled with famous international components and independent needle selection of 2-position or 3-position, customer may choose own configuration as per market

Control Panel: High-tech computerized operating system and advanced electronic components can realize the production of a variety of complex pattern, memory function is also available and the pattern can be changed easily by touch screen.
Needle Selection: Equipped with the advanced computerized needle selection, which could choose the needles from cylinder for knit, tuck and miss.
Structure: Human engineering and streamline design, easy to operate. It’s convenient to replace the cam, needle and other parts.
Cylinder: Cylinder is durable as it is made of special alloy under precision processing and heat treatment.
Cams: Using Japanese alloy steel as raw material, the cams are processed by CNC and through several processing, such as: CAD, CAM and heat treatment.
Creel: New top creel with ample space makes operation and cylinder-replacement much easier, which can save more time
