Composition, outline drawing and working principle
(1)The green brick cutting machine (hereinafter referred to as cutting machine) is mainly composed of three parts: crank-connecting rod vertical cutting device, flat conveyor belt and steel wire cleaning device.
The crank-connecting rod vertical cutting device is mainly composed of gear motor, crank, connecting rod, steel wire lifting device and steel wire tension device.
The flat conveyor belt is mainly composed of gear motor, frame, flat belt and tension device. After receiving the mud strip and passing the photoelectric positioning, the crank-connecting rod mechanism vertically cuts the mud strips into green bricks with required specification.

(3) Working principle
After the flat conveyor belt inside the machine transports the mud strips to the designated position, the conveyor belt stops running. After receiving the signal of the mud strips in place, the crank-connecting rod mechanism vertically cut the mud strips into the green brick with required specification. The green bricks are then transferred to the programming bench for grouping and loading, and then the mechanism is reset and enters to the next duty cycle. During the working process, the steel wire tension device has automatic alarm function for wire breaking.
