General Description of TWPM185 Wet Pan Mill for Materials Grinding in Clay Brick Making Production Line

This is the most universal and best-performing machine for wet clays and other minerals grinding and crushing.
Commonly used as clay brick making machine and to process and grind other minerals and wastes. Used for medium crushing and fine crushing of materials. The material particles crushed by the wheel are approximately spherical and the edges and corners are not sharp.
Used for raw material preparation section of brick production line, fully mixing, crushing and grinding various materials.
The rolling mechanism is simple to build, easy to maintain, the feeding size is not too strict, the equipment is self-important, the overall rigidity is strong, impact resistance, the equipment operation is safe and stable.
The hydraulic coupling is used to achieve the power transmission between the motor and the reducer, the starting impact is small, the reducer can provide overload protection and service life is extended.
The opening and closing detection switches for the inspection door and the starting and stoppiing switch of the main motor which are interlocked control to ensure that the maintenance personnel can maintain the machine when the machine is stopped.
A real-time feeding detection switch can be set at the feeding inlet to ensure the effective operation of the main motor.
