Key Parts
Spiral blade/reamer
Standard carbon steel material, easy-wear surface of reamer use gas welding and wired with cored wire, the surface of welded workpiece shape smoothly, resistance is small, wear resistance is high, hardness in 52HRC-56HRC, service life is more than the ordinary reamer 4-7 times. The lead (screw lead) is arranged scientifically, with the characteristic of "micro pressure conveying, high pressure extrusion", which can increase the extrusion pressure and improve the working efficiency. Repair can be repeated during use to reduce the cost and increase the utilization rate.
Extruding shaft
The shaft of extruding part adopts floating shaft structure and has the function of automatic centering, so that the shaft only produces torque and does not produce radial force, which can protect the reducer/shaft, and can eliminate or reduce the shake of equipment caused bending shaft after long time use, to make the equipment energy saving 15-30%. The hardness of the shaft is greater than HB220 after thermal refining.
Mixing tooth
High molding casting, hardness in 55hrc-60hrc, life is 6 times of the ordinary mixing tooth.
Mixing shaft
The upper reducer is connected with the shaft by a toothed coupling, which eliminates the coaxiality between the shaft and the reduce.
