1. It has the functions of mixing, extruding and clay or mud preparation;

2. With the rotation of the mixture shaft, the mixture knife continuously mixes and homogenizes the raw materials, and continuously pushes the raw materials to the inlet of the sealed cylinder. After the raw materials enter the sealed cylinder, they are compressed by the compression of the compressor head. Then the compactness is continuously increasing. In this process, the kneading action of the mud material further improves the homogenization effect of the different properties of the raw materials；

3. Under the action of the extruding cutter, the raw material is forced and continuously removed from the compressor, and then from the discharge port of the head will be extruded out；

4. In addtional there is a pair of relatively rotatingcutters are installed at the discharging port, which cutting the mud into uniform pieces and falling into the next production process；

5. The main part of the equipment is mainly composed as following:
transmission motor, pneumatic clutch, hardened gear reducer, gear box, mixing trought, mixing shaft, mixing cutter, sealed cylinder, extruding cutter, compressor head, mud cutter, foundation and other components；

6. The mixing trough is added with a water pipeline to adjust the moisture content of the raw material；

7. A pneumatic clutch is installed between the motor and the reducer, which is used for overload protection of frequently starting and stopping the equipment；

8. The cutter head and the mud cutter of the mixing blade are made of high chromium alloy, which are connected with the fixed seat by high-strength bolts, that is convenient for maintenance and replacement；

9. The extruding cutter, the inner and outer cone sleeves are made of high chromium alloy steel, which is wear-resistant and easy to replace.
