Working principle and structural features:

The power is driven by the motor through the gear pair of the reducer and the gearbox, which drives the mixer to rotate in the opposite direction in two axes. The two axes are respectively equipped with agitating knives in opposite directions. The stirring knife makes the material roll, shear and convection mixing; At the same time, the water spray system sprays water mist onto the material and mixes with it. With the rotation of the mixing shaft, the mixing blade continuously stirs, mixes and homogenizes the raw material, and constantly pushes the raw material to the feed port of the sealing cylinder. After entering the sealed cylinder, the density of the raw material increases due to the compression of the shrinkage volume. In this process, the kneading effect between the mud further improves the homogenization effect of the raw materials with different properties. Under the influence of screw thrust of reamer, mud from the compressor head discharging mouth wear-resisting screen forced continuous extrusion, into the next line of production process.
