Working principle

The power drives the two shafts of the mixer to rotate in opposite directions through the reducer and the gear pair of the gearbox. The two shafts are respectively equipped with stirring knives with opposite directions.

The stirring knife makes the material toss, shear and convection; at the same time, the water spray system sprays mist water to the material, and mixes it with it. With the rotation of the stirring shaft, the stirring blade continuously stirs, mixes and homogenizes the raw materials, and continuously pushes the raw materials to the feeding port of the sealing cylinder. After the raw material enters the sealed cylinder, its density increases continuously due to the influence of the volume compression of the compressor head. During this process, the kneading effect between the mud materials further improves the homogenization effect on raw materials of different properties. Under the action of the extrusion reamer, the mud materials are forced and continuously squeezed from the discharge port of the compressor head. There is a pair of relatively rotating mud scrapers at the discharge port, so as to cut the continuously extruded mud ring into uniform pieces and fall into the next production process.

Brick mixer structural characteristics

The main part of this series of equipment are mainly composed by transmission motor, pneumatic clutch, hard-type tooth reducer, gear box, stirring tank, stirring shaft, stirring knife, sealing cylinder, screw reamer, compressor head, trowel, base and other parts composition. There is a water adding pipeline on the stirring tank, which is used to adjust the moisture content of the raw materials. A pneumatic clutch is arranged between the motor and the reducer, which can realize the un-load start of the motor and also provide overload protection. The cutter head and trowel of the stirring blade are cast with wear-resistant alloys, and are connected with the fixed seat by high-strength bolts, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement. The extrusion reamer and the inner and outer conical sleeves are all made of wear-resistant alloy steel, which is wear-resistant and easy to replace.
