Description

SS304 DOP Test Terminal Cleanroom air plenum hepa filter box with diffuser plate

Production Introduction:

Hepa Filter boxes are produced out of sheet metal with laser and CNC technology in our factory located in China and have impermeable welding. Recesses for the seals do not have any joint or welding. The air entrance directions are produced circumferentially on the top or the sides of the box. Impermeable damper is applied on customer’s request. Alp heap boxes are painted with RAL 1045 electrostatic paint on the inside and outside. Depending on the client’s wish, valves are applied on hepa box entrances. Valve sizes are produced according to the neck calibers. The standard filter height of Alp hepa boxes are 68, 78, 152 and 292 mm.

Advantages:

1. It is applied the technology of totally-sealed. The sealing effect is better and more durable than normal one ,which is not easy to leak

2. The double sides of filter material are protected by metal wire mesh.

3. Theare are 50 mm, 69 mm, 90 mm and other various thickness available.
