SS 304 Pharmaceutical Industry HEPA filter Class 100 powder coated steel air shower with nozzles

Characteristics:

This is a kind of local purifying equipment, fixed on the partition between clean room and unclean room. It is used for shower and removing dust when personnel or objects entering into clean area. Effectively reduce dust source from entering into clean area after used, and keep clean area in normal working state. Shower way: single-side shower, double-side shower, three-side shower, top shower

Main characters:

1. Automatic control operation with interlock design, the system is equipped with photoelectric sensor.
2. Whole room is made of cool rolling stell plate,the surface is static electricity spray-plastic coated.
3. Door,baseplate,nozzle are made of stainless steel with beautiful design, easy to clean and abrasion resistant
4. Modularized design,more convenient for transport and assembling.
5. Shower time is adjustable from 0 to 99 seconds.
6. Equipped with pre-filter and deep-filter system.
7. Wind speed of nozzle port can reach 25m/s. it can reach 18m/s when blowing on human body.
8. EVA sealing material makes great sealing performance.
9. We can customize the shower room body material and dimension according to different
customer requirements.
