FUNCTION
INDAIR Laminar Air Flow (LAF) Pass Box functions as an effective solution for material transfer between different classified areas. It is designed to prevent air turbulence and minimize entry of contaminants when products or items enter the critical area. With interlocking mechanism, two doors of ACDT LAF Pass Box cannot be open simultaneously during the material transferring process, eliminating cross contamination. The stable down-flow reduces the particulates on material surfaces and achieves Class 100 (ISO 5) air cleanliness.

1. Outer and Inner Dimension. The outer dimension should be decided according to clean room design, while the inner dimension is for the operation area.
2. The dynamic passbox is suit for the transmission happened from lower cleanliness environment to higher cleanliness environment. If the transmission happens between same cleanliness, static passbox is recommended.
3. The direction of door opening should be considered according to the position of passbox.
4. SUS 304 is recommended for the casing of passbox.
