1. Pass box:

Pass box is a kind of assistant equipment for clean room. It is mainly used to pass the small article between clean room and unclean room or two clean rooms. Because of interlocking system, it can reduce the cross pollution.

Pass box is widely used in the air purification places, such as: micro-technology, biological laboratory, pharmaceutical factory, hospital, packinghouse, LCD, electronics factory, etc.

2. Application:

It’s widely used in the clean environment, such as micro-electronics, labora-tory, national defense, precise instrument, biopharming, opto-electronics, aseptic packaging, etc.

3. Features:

1. Stainless steel liner, flat and smooth, high quality steel shell electrostatic spray, nice and beautiful.

2. Mechanical interlock or electronic interlock device ensure the doors on both side could not be opened simultaneously.

3. The transfer window is equipped with special seals to ensure air tightness.

4. Standard size: liner 600*600*600(can be customized according to customer requirements)

Product and Solution Selection

1. Outer and Inner Dimension. The outer dimension should be decided according to clean room design, while the inner dimension is for the operation area.

2. The dynamic passbox is suit for the transmission happened from lower cleanliness environment to higher cleanliness environment. If the transmission happens between same cleanliness, static passbox is recommended.

3. The direction of door opening should be considered according to the position of passbox.

4. SUS 304 is recommended for the casing of passbox.
5. If the transfer cart is required in clean room, the floor-mounted passbox is recommended.
