It seems that how many 9 ultra high efficiency filters can be used to achieve 100 or even 10 class cleanliness. In fact, this is a wrong idea. High efficiency filter is the core of the system, but it is not the only condition to ensure cleanliness. How to Inspection:
The detection methods include sodium flame method, oil mist method and counting method, with sodium flame method as the reference method. It can be seen from the evolution of international standards for HEPA testing that the main testing methods of HEPA include sodium flame method, oil mist method, DOP method, fluorescence method and particle counting method.
