Air shower is equipment of cleanroom and fabricated small Room,used for blowing off ppl’s and belongs’s carry on dust,as Well as act as air valve usage,preventing air into the cleanroom without purification which effectively prevent the cleanroom be polluted. The air by the action of fan though the primary filter access Air to plenum chamber.after though HEPA filter cleaning, by the highly speed blowing though air shower nozzle which,direction can be adjusted .the blowing off dust was,recycling to the pre filter to achieve ppl and goods and air shower’s indoor self-recycling clean systems.
