Product Principle

Insulating glass is composed of two or more pieces of glass. The middle of the glass is separated by a hollow aluminum alloy frame filled with desiccant. At the same time, the hollow part is filled with dry air or inert gas. The aluminum alloy frame and the glass are separated by butyl glue After bonding and sealing, use polysulfide glue or structural glue for sealing treatment

FEATURES


Flush mounted on the wall
the wall and the window are in the same plane, and the installation is flexible and beautiful. It can be made according to the thickness of different walls, especially suitable for 50~100mm thick color panel.

Sound insulation:
generally hollow glass can reduce noise by about 30 decibels,
and insulating glass filled with inert gas can be reduced by about 5 decibels on the original basis, 80 decibel noise is reduced to 45 decibels and is extremely quiet.

Anti-frosting:
