In the cleanroom cleanliness level Class 10 or 100. ULPA air filters will be applied. The ULPA air filter efficiency is 99.999% MPPS @ 0.12um, it means remove 0.12um particles with efficiency of 99.999%. That`s a super strict standard.

For different cleanroom, the ceiling grid size is different, in order to choose right ULPA air filter, to find the ULPA filter manufacturer that can offer customized size service is quite necessary.

We can offer most of the air filters with customized size, OEM LOGO printing and so on, and no MOQ requirements.

ULPA U15 air filter is very strict for testing, we will test the ULPA filters before them leave the factory by particle counter to make sure it`s compliant for MPPS 1822 standard.
