Description

Customized Size Painted Steel Fan Filter Unit FFU for Clean Room

FFU fan filter unit is a combination of fan and HEPA filter, so it`s also called powered fan filter. FFU fan filter unit always be installed at the terminal of clean room HVAC ventilation. The FFU was laid beyond the ceiling grid. Normally, there are two parts of fan filter unit, the first part is housing with fan; another part is HEPA filter. When HEPA filter should be replaced, just lift the housing and HEPA filter will be left below.

The back centrifugal fan accelerate the airflow not only for getting over the resistance of HEPA, but also push the airflow running in circulated vent. To make the cleanroom airflow continuously.

The features of FFU

  1. Adjustable, because every FFU have they own control on-off, it is can be controlled by human, also can be controlled by computer system. In a big cleanroom, the FFUs can be controlled partly, so can help reducing operating cost and no need to adjust the cleanroom.

  3. Negative pressure, the FFU HEPA filters was accelerated by centrifugal fan, the cleanroom is positive pressure, the ventilation system upon ceiling is negative pressure. This can prevent dust flow into cleanroom and make air tight become very easily.
  4. Short time for construction, not like the normally ventilation system with air diffuser, the FFU is very easily to build, save time means save budget.
