2) Product features

1. Standard plate more plait the filter.

2. More reststant material selection box type high moisture industrial carboard or aluminum frame,carboard frame filter can reduce the cost.

3. Barbed wire fixed filter material is linear plait shape structure,has the very high let dust capacity.

4. Filter material and outer frame seal connections,prevent air leakage phenomenon.

The office,shoping mall,stadium,and the airport, general industrial workshop,clean room of air distribution system on the filter/ Air purifier, air filtration system etc.

4) Detailed Information
1.Waviness of pleat block along length be kept to a minimum
2.Pleat blocks are much more flat
3. Minimum pleat height is 8mm, maximum height is 80mm
4. Glue beads runs the length of the element
5. Normal distance between two glue beads of the element is 50.8mm(adjustable according to requirement)

6.High efficiency with very low pressure drop e.g. per H13 grade, HEPA with our material, pressure drop only about 1/9 to fiberglass media
