V Cell Air Filter Medium Efficiency Plastic Frame Glass Fiber Media

The advantageous for V Cell Air filter

V cell air filter is the special design for HVAC system, mini pleated filter media provide large air filter area, there are 4V design, so it`s 8 piece filter pack; filter pack thickness 25mm, 27 folds per 100mm;

this is a standard design for mini pleated air filter;

V cell air filter made of glass fiber or polyester filter material, it`s a very good replacement for pocket filter,

pocket filter will be stick each other in moist environment and the filter performance not as good as v cell filter;

Dove tailed gasket be stick on the back of the flange, can make sure no air leakage for installation;

Gasket material is neoprene that has a very good elasticity and anti corrosion in hard environment;

Gasket thickness 5mm, header thickness 25mm;

Plastic frame offer robust construction, double side metal mesh protect air filter material from damage;
