U15 ULPA air filters can remove fine particles size over 0.12um with efficiency of 99.999%; for other ULPA filters such as U16 or U17, the efficiency is 99.9999 - 99.99999%; such as strict standard filtration needs very strict air tight seal. Normally neoprene seal cannot meet the standard. Fluid gel seal is a good choice.
