Pocket Filter Medias Roll

1> Description for bag filter media

Bag filter media is made of multi-material.

Three layers of filter media is hot melted by imported automatic welder.

The first layer is coarse fiber cotton to arrest the major dust inair ,

Thinneer layer is the fiber filter paper to arrest the smaller dust,

The outside layer as the strengthen protection layer.

Can be used as the pre filter in commercial buildings and various industrial ventilation syatems, such as phamaceutical, automotive and food manufacturing industries.

4> Introduction

This series of non-woven pocket filter(bag filter/ air filter ) is using firm, leak-proof design, trilateral sealed , to prevent retractionor avulsion, The way of air flow inside the bag is sewing breadthwise, and sealed with a thermoplastic seal gum. Its special structure insures airflow throughout the bag balanced, reduces the resistance and maximize the dust capacity.
