Product overview:
The battery extruding and needling machine is applicable to simulate the situation of battery being squeezed and punctured when various batteries are used, transported, stored or treated with household wastes.
The extrusion direction of extrusion test shall comply with the following rules: one battery is extruded only once, and the battery is qualified if it does not explode or ignite.
1. For cylindrical batteries, the longitudinal axis of the extruded battery shall be parallel to the two flat plates of the extrusion device;
2. For square and soft packed batteries, only the wide surface of the battery shall be squeezed;
3. For coin type or button type batteries, the upper and lower planes of the battery shall be pressed parallel to the flat plate. The needling test shall be carried out under the environment of 20 ℃± 5 ℃. The battery shall be placed on the clamp and the diameter of φ 3- φ An 8mm non-corrosive steel needle is inserted into the center of the battery surface at the speed of 10mm / s-40mm / s, and the test results are observed at any time. The battery is qualified if it does not explode or ignite. The battery extrusion tester complies with gb31241-2014 and other standards.
