Application:

Pressure Aging Test Chamber, 100% R.H. Saturation Steam Humidity Aging Tester is widely applied for the testing of sealing property for multi-layer circuit board, IC sealing package, LCD screen, LED, semi-conductor, magnetic materials, NdFeB, rare earths and magnet iron, in which the resistance to pressure and air tightness for above mentioned products can be tested out.

100% R.H. Saturation Steam Humidity Aging Tester Safety Device:

1. Safety device for the pot: If the inner box is not closed , the machine can not start
2. Safety Valve: When the inner box’s pressure higher than the machine’s undertake value, it will self-relieve.
3. Double overheat protection device: When inner box’s temperature is too high, it will alarm, and Automatic cut off the heating power.
4. Cover protection: The inner box’s cover is made of aluminum alloy, can protect the worker from scald.

Mechanical Structure:

1. Circular inner box with material of stainless steel, complied with industrial safety standards,able to avoid phenomenon like moisture condensation or water dripping.
2. Inner box with arc type design avoid direct shock caused by over steam temperature.
3. Precision design,good air tightness , low water consumption, automatic water supply and each time able to run for 999h.
4. Automatic door guard, round door with auto temperature and pressure safety check,auto lock the control system. Adopt safety door handle design,when inner pressure larger than normal pressure the door will be anti locked, thus protect the operator.
5. Before testing, the vacuum will help move all the air out of the inner box, and filting, packing＜1micom, ensure the purity of the inner box.
6. Critical point LIMIT type auto safety protection, fault or un-normal with light display.
7. The machine with timely drying function, let the testing sample in drying state.
