Advanced chenille sequin dual purpose machine.

Chenille is a fabric made with silk thread used in combination with wool or cotton and sewn in tightly woven loops to give a three dimensional look. The way we manufacture our chenille patches is by using a combination of chenille background with embroidered thread for the details. The entire patch looks more 3D and more durable.

Ours are the highest quality built in Japan. The Japanese ancient embroidery tradition melds with their world famous talent for creating cutting-edge technology. We use their famous Barudan and TAJIMA embroidery machines to get the exceptional looking patches we create for our customers. While your patch design can be very simple with one or two colors, most people opt for several colors. The maximum thread colors we can run on our machines are 12.

Chasin was founded in 2002 and has 18 years of computer embroidery production experience. The company is located in Liaobu Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Only 1.5 hours drive from Hong Kong or Guangzhou, the transportation is very convenient.

Chasin has a professional foreign trade team and a well-equipped production workshop. From production to sales integration, it saves customers more time and costs. We have the most advanced BARUDAN and Tajima embroidery machines in Japan. The minimum thread color that can run on the machine is 12 colors, while ordinary embroidery machines have only 9 colors. Advanced machines and equipment allow us to create patches with extraordinary appearance for customers.

1.What is the minimum quantity I can order?
The minimum number of patches that can be ordered is 1 pieces per design size and color, however, there is a considerable savings if you order a higher quantity.

2.What if I do not like the proof?
If you do not like the proof that we send you, you can request whatever changes that we need to make and we will gladly revise the proof to your satisfaction. We do not charge for any proofs or revisions.

3.How long will it take to get my patches?
We normally deliver patches within 5-14days of the date of the order. If you need them sooner, be sure to let us know.

4.What if I find patches that are cheaper?
Remember the old saying that you get what you pay for. Our patches are made with the finest materials and are guaranteed against defects.

5.Can you make patches that are smaller than 2”?
Yes, we can, however, the minimum size of the patch would depend on the level of detail in the design.

6.What is the largest patch you can make.
We can make patches up the 15” width or height.
