Description
Our PET bottle washing system is designed for recycling of post consumer PET bottles including labels and caps. This system produce uniform size PET flakes with high purity and low moisture level. Due to the variety of product standards and differing condition of PET bottles being recycled in different regions we offer a range of systems that can be tailored to siut your individual requirements.
A typical PET bottle recycling system would including the following componets:
1. Bale Breaker:A opens the bales of PET bottles to allow them to flow and be sorted;
2. Disc screener: removes stones, heavies and loose caps;
3. Sorting belt (optional) :manual sorting of bottles by type and colour;
4. Metal Detector: detects metal contamination that may remain in the bottles;
5. Pre-washer: removes some of the contamination i.e. remnant liquids;
6. Granulator: wet grinding for size reduction and washing;
7. Screw washer: washing and transportation of material;
8. Hot wahsing tankL hot washing with alkaline (caustic) soda to remove glue and oil;
9. Sink-float separation tank: removes caps and labels that float, and helps wash PET flakes that sink;
10. Centrifugal dryer: mechanical dewatering of PET flakes;
11. Zig-zag classifier: separation of labels and fines;
12. Automatic big-bag station: storing or packing of finished product.
Application:
This PET bottle recycling system is widely used for various PET bottle, including waste water and beverage bottles, cleaning bottles, and daily-use chemical product containers, snack containers, bottles and PET bottles, tubes for industrial use, etc.
Testing:
Prior to delivery from our factory, all equipments and machineries are set up and tested under “real world” conditions to ensure the plant capacity and quality of the finished products are guaranteed. Customers are welcomed and encouraged to attention these trials to see their plant in operation, receive training on the operation and maintenance of their system, and to see similar equipment in build.
