W11F series asymmetric initial pinch 3 rollers small plate rolling machine

The useful length of w11f plate rolling machine is from 1000mm to 2500mm.The range of valid thickness is from 2 to 6mm.

This machine has characteristics of user-friendly design and convenient operation which is always equipped with asymmetrical

solid rolls and easy initial pinch.It’s very suitable for thinner plate.

2.Release device

Manual drop end

Turn the upper roller to certain angle,the rolled metal cylinder can be dropped out from the side of the upper rollers

3.Main motor

The self-braking motor allows the plate to be moved very slightly,which is useful during initial forming

Rotations is by means of a self-braking motor,a reduction gear and a pinion-crown system with chain
