We offer high-quality, cost-effective subcontracted CNC laser cutting services for laser cutting flat profiles and laser cutting beams and open sections. No one offers a wider range of custom parts including square, rectangular tubes, oval and round tubes, open sections, angles and beams (3-dimensional/6-axis patterns) and traditional sheet and sheet flat cutting. Combined with our range of post-cutting services, we are able to deliver many cost and time saving benefits to help simplify the supply chain.

We can process stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and brass tubes in all shapes and sizes, from cut lengths up to 6.5m long, to 150mm diameter and 6mm wall to industry leading tolerances. Our process allows us to offer components cut from round, square, rectangular, flat oval and hexagonal tubing that can be sourced by us or from freely distributed materials according to certain customer preferences get. We can also process tubes up to 500 mm in diameter using the rotary axes on our 5-axis laser cutting center

Highly complex holes, openings, patterns and end profiles can be cut accurately and quickly using the latest 3D offline programming software while minimizing raw material waste by economically nesting parts to produce the best possible part per tube length throughput, making the process highly competitive and reducing component lead times

3D laser tube cutting is a critical first step in tube manufacturing services. We can laser cut individual tubes for our customers, which are usually large manufactured parts. Modern has leading fiber laser tube cutting capabilities, allowing us to process tube ends for a perfect fit in welding and assembly fittings. Fiber lasers also allow us to cut holes of any shape, reducing future machining requirements
