-- Description of machine

The metal circular saw machine belongs to the classification of the pipe cutting machine. It is similar to the function of the band sawing machine and is used for the cutting of metal materials. To be exact, the metal circular sawing machine is a modified version with a sawing machine.

Metal circular sawing machine is a new type of equipment for metal cutting. The machine is mainly used for metal bar cutting (hollow, solid can be), using clamping feeding, cutting surface smooth and no burr, cutting precision, cutting speed 4-12mm/sec.

The vertical slide way advances and retracts the knife, the feed structure is firm, the movement is accurate, and the floated seat is not damaged.

1. No flash, no dust. Bilateral two-way clamps make the work piece smooth and without burrs. Low noise and low pollution when sawing.
2. Accurate, fast and smooth. The precise cutting speed exceeds the band saw and the bow saw, while the cut surface is clean and does not generate heat.
3. Bevel or slot milling. The nose can be adjusted obliquely or by milling. The angle is accurate and the pipe interface is perfect.
4. Cooling system. Circulating cooling system, with a large capacity of oil drums, to ensure the life of the saw blade, flat cutting.
