Description

Semi automation pipe end forming machine applying to pipeline transportation

-- Brief introduction

Tube end forming machine is widely used in pipe fittings, automotive oil pipe, air pipe, water pipe, air conditioning pipe and other parts of the processing molding, is an ideal pipe end molding processing equipment. It can process shapes include: convex, concave section, long flat, square , extension oblique, V-shaped, open elbow, flat mouth elbow, etc. according to product manufacturing.

One of the machine functions, tube necking is a molding process that reduces the diameter of the tube end. The tube blank acts as an axial force into the deformation zone, produces a tangentially shrinking plastic deformation in the deformation zone, then enters the stable zone, and finally forms a reduced end diameter. And the flaring of the pipe is another forming process that enlarges the diameter of the end of the pipe blank. It is widely used for forming the connecting parts such as pipe connection, automobile oil pipe, water pipe, air conditioning pipe, etc. It is an ideal pipe end forming processing equipment.

-- Machine characteristics

1. Forming shapes can be convex. Concave, sectional, long and flat, square, V-shape, open elbow, flat elbow…etc. The design of the tooling varies with work-piece and customers’ requirements.

2. Two positions configuration: can reduce two times together, use the line guide as its carrier, makes its operation free abrasion, good repetition.

3. Process shapes: protrude, concave, joint, square, V type and so on. Just according to the customer’s requirements.

4. It can according to the pipe’s length and adjust the distance of machine head. It can according to the pipe length and choose single clamping and double clamping.

5. Suitable for the shrinking of various metal pipes with different material and different shape.

6. All the parts are made under very strict quality control, so the quality of machine is in high level and the specification is standardized.

7. Equipped with emergency stop device. Both manual and automatic operations are available.

8. Shrinking stroke 150mm. The length of working piece is 4500mm Max. (but no limit on the minimum length).
