2. Manual mode interface

3. Usage of the manual mode
This mode is mainly used for the following four purposes:
The first is the operator operating the equipment alone to determine if it is intact. It can be determined whether the hydraulic cylinder is clamped and released, and whether the solenoid valve in the operation of the hydraulic cylinder is effective or not, and whether the line in the operation of the solenoid valve is in good condition. Each action can be manually operated to detect if the action is normal. If some of the actions fail, the cause of the failure can be identified and eliminated. If the manual operation can not fully see whether the electrical control and detection components are performing well, they can be displayed on the touch screen through the automatic mode or go to the I/O mode and displayed directly on the touch screen to determine its performance. For example, a proximity switch can detect its performance by bringing a block of iron closer to it. If the proximity switch and its wiring are intact, the corresponding I/O indicator on the touch screen will light up to determine if its performance is good.
The second is the operator who installs and adjusts the molds, such as the bending tube mold, clamp mold, grab mold, guide mold, core rod installation and adjustment.
The third is the operator troubleshooting. When an internal wrinkle occurs during the automatic bending process, the workpiece may be caught in the mold. The tube can be clamped with the main clamp first, and then the tube can be removed by manually retracting the mandrel. If it is difficult to remove the tube from the mandrel, it is necessary to increase the working pressure so that the mandrel cylinder exerts a greater pulling force to pull out the tube.
The fourth is that the operator adjusts the speed of the elbow and synchronizes the speed of the auxiliary pusher after installing and adjusting the die. The speed of the auxiliary push forward shall not be less than the speed of the bend, otherwise running will occur. Excessive stretching can cause cracks in thin-walled tubes, severe internal wrinkles, and other undesirable consequences.
