180 Degree Box Beam Conveying Machine for Box Beam Production Line

Moving type 180° overturning machine can support the use of clapboard welding area, backing welding, submerged arc welding, and welding seam inspecting area. It is used for overturning the Box-beam workpiece, and is composed by two sets of overturning machines, one hydraulic station and one electrical control box.

Workpiece overturning process including:

1) Two overturning machines move to the place which under the workpiece;

2) One rocker arm first overturn 90°to near workpiece’s vertical surface;

3) Two rocker arms turn back 45° simultaneously to to raise the workpiece from roller conveyor;

4) Two overturning machines move simultaneously, and move the workpiece to suitable position;

5) The two rocker arms turn back 45° again and workpiece overturn 90°, then lay it on the roller conveyor.

6) The rocker arm which has turned 90°back to horizontal level;

7) Two overturning machines move simultaneously to Procedure 1 position;

8) Repeat Procedure 2 to Procedure 6, thus can overturn the workpiece to 180°.
