DN Series Resistance Spot Welding Machine

Features:

  • Complete machine structure is Stable.

  • Reasonable secondary circuit structure, high quality conductive material, which reduces

circuit impedance greatly and makes sure high efficiency and saving energy welding.

  • For second current-carrying parts, the upper part is insulated. That is to avoid short-circuit

accident, when iron attached or you put the welding part on the under base.

  • Microcomputer constant pressure/current controller, three sections discharging,can control

each welding time and welding current accurately, easy to operate.

  • Adopts the circulating cooling water, avoid the waste of water, greatly reduce the amount of

cooling water.

  • The adjustable speed of electrode reduce the shock to welded working parts when

compressing the welded working parts, and reduce the noise.

  • It can reserve 15 welding procedure, different welding condition can reserved in the different

welding procedure. It can welding the different material accurately, conveniently and

smoothly.

  • It is widely used in hardware manufacturing, traffic tools, household items, cars. And it can be

welded low-carbon steel, stainless steel, coated steel, non-ferrous metal wire, sheet, pipe, etc.
