DN Speical Spot Welding Machine for Door Hinge Welding

  • Long service life and low noise: With adjustment function of pressurized speed and adjust randomly up and down speed of pressurized head, ease the shock when the soldered object is pressed, it is with the adjustment function of rising buffer and can adjust randomly rising buffer speed, reduce the mechanical impact and improve the service life of cylinder body, and reduce the noise.

  • High electrical conductivity, low power loss: During secondary current circuit, upper secondary output of main transformer use multilayer high toughness, high conductivity red copper belt, and show V type connection, greatly improved service life, lower secondary output adopts integral type direct connecting mechanism, power loss is reduced to the minimum.

  • High solid organism structure: The characteristics of impact resistance and vibratory rigidity can prevent electrode head from slide when it is pressurized to achieve stable welding.
