Mid Frequency Inverter DC Pneumatic Spot Welding Machine

Main Features

• Three phase AC power input, power balance, high power factory.

• The fast response control of current improves the quality of solder joints.

• For the same welding workpiece, the welding time is short,the power consumption is saved, the welding stability area increased, and the life of electrode is increased.

• It is suitable for welding of metal materials such as aluminum, galvanized steel, high tensile steel and carbon steel, and the welding effect is good.

• It is especially suitable for spot welding and projection welding of plate and plate, plate and projection nut and stud.

• The welding quality is stable, solid, deep penetration and less splash.

• When the unipolar output is controlled, the polarity of the current is constant during the first welding cycle, and the polarity of the two successive welding cycles alternates.

• When AC output is controlled, half wave time is adjustable, and 2-50ms is Programmable.

• Programmable up to 64 sets of welding specifications.

• The three stage heating process is preheating, welding and tempering, and the welding section can be defined by increasing and decreasing stages.

• Programmable pressure control can define 10 Pressure sections at most.
