Automatic Double Torch Circular Seam Welding Machine

Workpiece:

Industrial tubular shell and tube type heat exchanger

Joint Welding tank or longitudinal and circular seam welding for tank and flange or angle welding, etc.

Description:

Workpiece placement: welding gun is fixed and the workpiece turns.

Welding process: the welding machine (CO2/MAG/MIG welding machine), welding swing device and gas shielded welding gun are composed of a set of automatic gas protection welding system, which is mainly applicable to carbon steel.

Advanced PLC control system, humanized man-machine interface, high degree of automation, stable and reliable performance.

The welding system USES 500A gas to protect the welding power, the welding gun USES 500A straight handle gas shielded welding gun.
