Description

HGK Series Conventional Welding Rotator

This machine absorbs the abroad advanced manufacturing experience, extremely suitable for heavy work piece with high and stable strip cladding and narrow gap welding.

This welding rotator is similar with the general rotator, it drives the rollers and then drives the work-piece rotating. The roller of this rotator has large loading capacity, the two roller base can be moved by bolt holes to suitable for the work-piece with different diameter, which is convenient for adjusting.

  • Adjustable of the open angle to suit different diameter of tanks.

  • Various loading capacity from 1 tons to 500tons for self aligned type.

  • Full PU or full steel wheel material to suit different kinds of tank material.
