RWS Series Robotics cutting Station with Plasma Cutting for Steel Products

Cutting robot consists of robot and plama cutting source. The robot is made up of robot body and controller (hardware and software). While for the cutting source, it is generally include plasma cutting source, plasma cutting torch(clamp), etc.

CNC automatic cutting machine for both straight cutting and bevel cutting.

Thin sheet can use plasma cutting, if thick sheet can use flame cutting.

Stable cutting quality guarantee the uniformity of the product.

It can improve the labor intensity. It can work under the harmful environment.

It can runs 24 hours, and greatly improve the production efficiency.

Robot ontology structure of aluminium alloy casting, through computer aided design and finite element structure analysis for the overall excellent strong rigid structure, so as to get the best fixed load capacity.
