3Ton Double Head Decoiler + 7-Roll Leveler

Brief Description

Decoiler is one of the most important parts included in a metal roll forming line, According to loading capacity, Believe Industry Company has 3Ton decoiler, 5Ton decoiler, 8Ton decoiler and 10Ton decoiler. According to decoiler design, Believe Industry Company has single mandrel decoiler and double head decoiler. Double head decoiler carries two coils, when one is run out, rotate the decoiler to change another coil for continuous production. With a double decoiler, users save a lot of time upload the coils to improve production capacity.

Levelling unit is often used to flattening the material before roll forming to ensure good product quality. According to material information, we have 7-roll leveller, 9-roll levelling unit, 11-roll levelling device, etc.
