High Speed C Purlin Roll Forming Machine, Servo Flying Cutting

Brief Description

The C Purlin Roll Forming Machine is designed for producing C-shape purlins used as the structural frames for steel contructions. By manual adjusting the spacers between rollers, this machine can produce c purlins with variable web widths from 100mm to 300mm. ( Automatic adjusment is an optional design with linear guide bolted on the machine base. One side or both sides of the roller stands move in and out through the linear guide to adjust the gap between the rollers according to purlin sizes.)

In order to keep high speed and stable machine running, this line is equipped with a 37.5kw motor and gear boxes transmission system. Also a servo motor flying cutoff is equipped to ensure continuous running of whole production line. Whole line speed can reach up to 20-30 meters per minute. At such a high machine speed, water lubricating and cooling unit is installed for high quality of the product surface.

Main Components And Layout of Purlin Rollforming Line

1. Hydraulic Decoiler Single mandrel type decoiler can handle maximium 3000kg steel coils. Decoiler mandrel expand hydraulically and unwind electrically.
2. 9-Roll Leveler 9-roll levelling device is used to level the material for a perfect good flatness before punching and roll forming.
3. Hydraulic Pre-Punching Unit Individual punching unit if for punching holes and patterns. High speed servo feeder feeds the after-punching strip into the loop pit for material stocking to ensure the continuous running of the whole roll forming line.
4. Roll Forming Unit

Manual adjust the spacers between rollers for producing C purlins with different dimensions.

With gear box drive, whole machine runs stably and enjoys long lifetime.
5. Servo Flying Cutoff High speed non stop cutting device; 7.5kw for hydraulic cutting and users need to change cutting blades for each purlin dimensions
6. Automatic Stacker

Roll-path type avoid the falling off of final products after running out.

Lenghth of the automatic stacker can be made into 6 meters or 12 meters

2. Work Flow: decoiling--->leveling--->punching--->entry guiding--->roll forming--->cutting--->stacking
