This roll forming machine is designed to produce steel omega profile section. Speed of this machine can reach up to 30-40m/min according to clients' requirements. Design of this high speed machine is quite different from those machine with common speed of 10-15m/min.

Gear Box Drive
Frankly, common machine design of chain drive and stop to cut type can not meet the high speed demand of 30-40m/min. Instead, we use gear box drive and flying cutting device as an alternative, which not only meet the speed requirement but also make the machine run stable at such a high speed.
Water Cooling And Lubricating System
Also, we equip a set of water cooling and lubricating system for this machine. This system can greatly reduce the wear of material surface caused by roll running at high speed.
