Automatic Roller Adjustment For Variable Purlin Sizes
How Different Sizes Adjust? One side of the roller sets (or both sides of the roller sets) bolted on a common steel basement, which can move in and out through the linear guide, to adjust the gap between rollers according to different purlin sizes. Users key in related production data on touch screen, the roller sets will adjust accordingly.
How "C" And "Z" Quick-changeover? The top and bottom rolls of the first several roller sets can be easily exchanged by rotating each stand 180° around a shaft, to change "C" to "Z" producing.
