Customized Roll Forming Machine for Hot-dip Galvanised / Powder Coated Steel Perforated Cable Trays

Cable trays are used to support electrical cables for power distribution and communication. Believe Industry Company designs and manufactures roll forming machines for producing channel cable trays ladder cable trays and related products for cable management system.

Based on customers' requirement, we make machine for producing cable trays with 75m, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm width and 35mm, 60mm, 85mm, 100mm, 150mm height. Raw material can be rollformed are 0.8mm-1.5mm thick galvanised steel coils.

Main Components Of Whole Line

Whole line work process: coils unwinding -- material levelling -- servo feeding -- punching based on required holes and slots -- pre-cutting - roll forming -- end product

9. Punching type: hydraulic punching, 0-30 times per minute adjustable

10. Material of punching molds: SKD11, quenched HRC58-62

11. Control system: PLC control system

12. Width adjustment: roller stands electrically move to change the gap between rollers for producing different widths
